We are excited to share with all of you! We are implementing a Loaner Helmet Program for our
2021 season. Please read below the expectations:

• Helmets are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
• Racers will need pre-pay for their event, to lock in their helmet.
• Helmets are given priority to drivers over passengers.
• To reserve a helmet, a racer will email their requests to: oregonsolo.helmets@gmail.com
• If a person fails to show up for a race, the helmet will be released for someone else to use.
• On the day of the race, the racer must leave their driver’s license with the race committee. At the end of the day they get their license back when they return their helmet.
• Helmets cannot be kept overnight.
• Helmets cannot be shared unless you are from the same household, and have similar head sizes.
• Helmets can be reserved the day of the event if any are still available.
